Prime Quality Meats are retail butchers of excellect quality beef, poultry, pork and lamb and other assorted
meats as well as organic and hormone growth promotant free products in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The company was founded a number of years ago
when Craig Cook, the director, was working for David Jones Limited. Craig started his apprenticeship
in the David Jones Wollongong store giving him great grounding for a higher level of quality and service.
On completing his apprenticeship Craig moved to Sydney where he worked in the David Jones City store.
Once starting Prime Quality Meat the whole focus was pushed towards sourcing the best products and moving to a
cleaner greener product ie. organic and hormone free meat. As David Jones Food Hall operations grew
expansion quickly led to the opening of a number of outside outlets and a catering business which all
offer only the best and diverse range of products and game, accompanied by a full written certification
to guarantee the integrity of the goods sold.
In the last 18 months the company has embarked on a poultry operation in David Jones and increased its outside
outlets venturing into "ready to cook" and "ready prepared" products.
The future is fresh products with high levels of value adding which not only saves time but makes cooking easier.
